I’m Carly (I’ll tell you more about myself below) – Welcome to Party Snack Central – the sister site of my main food site – Bite Sized Bash.
Over there, we publish an ever-growing collection of delicious finger food recipes and appetizers for every occasion – and we wanted to be able to get MORE exposure for those recipes… but in the current internet climate, that can be hard!
The thing is, right now, artificial intelligence is creating absolutely endless (mostly poor) food content, and flooding the internet – at a rate that HUMAN creators can not keep up with.
Having another “home base” to share our real-life tested recipes FROM gives us more chances to get to know YOU – and helps ensure that you’re able to find reliable, replicable recipes easily… and helps to continue to pay our cooks and content creators!
All the recipes we share come from Bite Sized Bash (and via Party Snack Central) are made at home by REAL cooks who are testing and photographing every recipe!
You can trust that the recipes you will find via Party Snack Central are NOT generated by artificial intelligence… they are real food for real people!
This all started with Spinach Dip.
For years, I’ve insisted I could live on Spinach Dip.
I can make 3lbs of cream cheese into spinach dip and eat it all by myself over the course of a couple days. (Don’t worry, I don’t do that very often. Maybe once per year lol.)
When I’m not eating Spinach Dip, I’m a full-time homeschool mom of two. I’m also a full time Pinterest marketing expert and content creator. Plainly, that means I create websites and use Pinterest to send traffic to them (and help other content creators learn to do the same!).
(I was a waitress for a decade before I became a content creator, but that got really old. Making money on the internet is a much MUCH better time – believe me.)
One day in 2024, when I was thinking about the future of websites and Pinterest traffic as they relate to Ai, I realized that if *I* loved Spinach Dip (and party food in general) this much… I should have a whole website about it, one that would never publish a silly Ai created recipe.
And so Bite Sized Bash was born.
Of course, we published dip recipes – starting with spinach dip, of course.
We published hot dips, and cold dips and even dessert dips.
Then we published Fall themed treats, and cute Christmas snacks.
Next we dove into Valentines day treats and game day appetizers… and of course all manner of other bite sized party perfect food, like pinwheel recipes, slider recipes and cream cheese recipes.
Now we’re branching into dinner recipes, and I can’t wait to see how that goes.
It turns out that food blogging is the most fun I’ve had online for years… I hope you find some new favourite recipes!
