Ingredients

  • 5 flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 8 ounce mozzarella cheese block, cubed
  • 9 Pepperoni slices
  • ¾ stick of butter, salted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 375°F. This is your golden-brown zone.
  • Split 4 biscuits in half horizontally, giving you 8 thin layers. Set the last biscuit aside for a special trick.
  • Place a slice of pepperoni in the center of each biscuit layer, then add a cube of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges tightly to form a neat little ball.
  • Arrange your stuffed biscuits in the baking pan, pinched side down. They’ll puff up beautifully as they bake!
  • Melt the butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning together in the microwave. The aroma alone will have you drooling.
  • Drizzle ¾ of the buttery mixture over the biscuits. Don’t skimp—this is the flavor bomb.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the biscuits for that melty, golden topping.
  • Pop the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
  • Brush the remaining butter mixture on top for extra shine and flavor.
  • Serve warm, maybe with a side of marinara or garlic sauce for dipping. Warning: they disappear fast!
