Start by slicing your apples into ¼-inch thick pieces. You’ll want to remove any seeds as you go and insert a popsicle stick into each slice for easy handling (and fun presentation!). In a microwave-safe bowl, heat your white chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round until smooth and fully melted. Now comes the fun part!
