Christmas S'mores Graham Cracker Bark

A no-bake holiday treat that layers crunchy graham crackers, gooey marshmallows, and rich chocolate. Topped with festive M&Ms and sprinkles, it’s the perfect blend of sweet, fun, and festive for parties, gifting, or simply indulging!

Ingredients

  • 12 graham crackers
  • 10.5 oz bag mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
  • 2-3 tbsp red, green, and white nonpareils

Instructions

  • Start by lining a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the graham crackers in a neat 4-by-3 grid. This will form the sturdy base for all that gooey goodness.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each session, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
    Pro Tip: Grease your silicone spoon before spreading the marshmallow mixture—this sticky task just got way easier! Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  • Next, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Just like before, microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until velvety smooth. Spread the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer, creating a luscious coating.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle on the red and green M&Ms and a generous handful of nonpareils. The more festive, the better! This step is a great opportunity for little helpers to get involved.
  • Pop the baking sheet into the fridge for about an hour. Once the bark is fully set, remove it from the fridge and cut it into squares or irregular pieces. Voila! You’re ready to serve or package for gifts.
