Start by cutting the tops off 12 strawberries so they lay flat, with the cut side facing down. These will form the “egg” shape on your board.
Take your vanilla and strawberry wafers and slice them in half lengthwise. Place the halved wafers in the center of your charcuterie board, alternating the colors to create a charming striped effect.
Use the strawberries to form an egg shape around the wafers. Above the wafers, make three rows: the first with three strawberries, the second with two, and one strawberry at the very tip.
Below the wafers, make two rows: the first with four strawberries, the second with three.
Place two shortbread cookies in each corner of the board—top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right. Keep even spacing between each pair.
Fill your piping bag with green buttercream frosting and fit it with the grass piping tip. Pipe loops of frosting into any open spaces on the charcuterie board for the first layer. For a fuller “grass” effect, use a squeeze-and-pull motion to add texture.
Generously sprinkle pastel-colored or Easter-themed sprinkles over the buttercream grass.
Place two adorable chick Peeps side by side in front of each pair of shortbread cookies.
Nestle one or two peanut butter chocolate eggs in front of each pair of Peeps.
Scatter Cadbury eggs around the board to fill any empty grassy areas.
