Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 15-20 Golden Oreos

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s warming up, prep your 9x11 baking pan by spraying it with baking spray so the blondies come out nice and easy.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat your butter until it’s nice and smooth. It’s all about getting that creamy base for your blondies.
  • Toss in the brown sugar and white sugar, and mix until it’s well combined. You’ll start to see that beautiful, golden color take shape.
  • Crack in your eggs one by one, followed by the vanilla extract. Blend it all together until the mixture is light and smooth.
  • Slowly add your flour and baking powder, mixing until everything is just combined. You don’t want to overmix—just give it a gentle stir.
  • Now comes the fun part! Fold in those creamy white chocolate chips for some extra sweetness in every bite.
  • Pour the blondie batter into your prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Then, take your Golden Oreos and arrange them on top of the batter. You can break them in half or leave them whole—whatever you prefer! The more Oreos, the better.
  • Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes, or until the blondies are golden and a toothpick comes out clean (with a few crumbs, of course). Let them cool for about 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
  • Once they’ve cooled, slice them up into perfect squares, grab a glass of milk, and enjoy the gooey goodness!
