Ingredients

  • 8 oz mushrooms, stems removed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp bacon pieces
  • 1 large jalapeño, finely diced (keep the seeds for extra spice!)

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 350°F so it's ready for these tasty mushrooms.
  • Finely chop your jalapeño. If you like a bit more heat, leave in some of the seeds!
  • Wash your mushrooms and carefully remove the stems. You’ll want to create a nice hollow space for all that delicious filling.
  • In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, bacon pieces, and chopped jalapeño. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Place your mushrooms in the baking dish and use a spoon to stuff each one with the cheesy jalapeño mixture. Be generous—you want every bite to be packed with flavor!
  • Pop the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. The mushrooms should be tender, and the filling will be hot and bubbly.
  • Once they’re out of the oven, serve these savory bites warm, and watch them disappear in no time!
