Ingredients

  • 12-pack Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 12 frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 350°F to ensure it’s nice and hot when your sliders are ready to bake.
  • Place the Hawaiian rolls onto a baking sheet or dish. Using a sharp knife, cut a small circle out of the center of each roll. Push the cut-out piece down into the roll to create a little pocket.
  • Melt the butter in a small bowl, then use a silicone brush to generously coat the rolls inside and out. Sprinkle garlic powder over the buttered rolls for that irresistible garlic bread flavor.
  • Assemble the Sliders: Sprinkle a little shredded mozzarella into each roll’s pocket.
  • Gently press a meatball into the pocket.
  • Spoon marinara sauce over each meatball.
  • Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan and dried parsley flakes over the tops of the rolls for extra flavor and a pop of color.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
