Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease the cavities of a muffin pan.
Chop the parsley into fine pieces.
Arrange the wonton wrapper into the muffin pan to form a cup, as shown. Bake for 3 minutes, then remove to fill.
Add one teaspoon of sauce to each wonton cup, then distribute the cheese between the sauce-filled cups. Top each with 3 mini pepperoni.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
Top with chopped parsley, and serve hot!
