Red, White & Blue Trifles

A refreshing and patriotic dessert perfect for summer gatherings! This no-bake trifle is layered with creamy pudding, fluffy whipped cream, and fresh berries for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 (3.3 oz) packages cheesecake, vanilla or white chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 cup cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) package Cool Whip
  • 1 prepared Angel Food cake, cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries, diced
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk - whisk to combine well.  Allow to set for about 5 minutes.
  • Add in the Cool Whip and fold to combine.
  • Lay out the trifle containers and use half of the Angel Food cake to create the first layer in the trifle containers.
  • Add a spoonful of the pudding mixture over the Angel Food cake.
  • Sprinkle with a few pieces of the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
  • Repeat another layer with the Angel Food cake, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  • Sprinkle each trifle with the remaining fruit pieces.
  • Allow the trifles to chill in the fridge for about 2 hours for the best results.
