Ingredients

  • 14 Oreo cookies
  • 10 oz milk chocolate melting wafers
  • 14 red mini M&Ms
  • 28 edible eyes
  • Mini pretzels

Instructions

  • Before you start with the chocolate, grab your mini pretzels and break them into “C”-shaped pieces. These will be your reindeer antlers.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your milk chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and silky. This helps prevent overheating, which can cause the chocolate to seize up.
  • Now for the fun part! Working with one Oreo at a time, dunk it into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to flip the cookie, making sure it’s completely coated. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • While the chocolate is still soft, press two pretzel pieces into the top of each Oreo to create antlers. Add two edible eyes just beneath the pretzels, then pop a red mini M&M under the eyes for the nose. Now you’ve got an adorable reindeer!
  • Pop your decorated Oreos into the freezer for about 10 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
  • Once the chocolate is set, your Reindeer Chocolate Covered Oreos are ready to enjoy!
