Before you start with the chocolate, grab your mini pretzels and break them into “C”-shaped pieces. These will be your reindeer antlers.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your milk chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and silky. This helps prevent overheating, which can cause the chocolate to seize up.
Now for the fun part! Working with one Oreo at a time, dunk it into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to flip the cookie, making sure it’s completely coated. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
While the chocolate is still soft, press two pretzel pieces into the top of each Oreo to create antlers. Add two edible eyes just beneath the pretzels, then pop a red mini M&M under the eyes for the nose. Now you’ve got an adorable reindeer!
Pop your decorated Oreos into the freezer for about 10 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
