Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese cut into cubes
  • ½ cup 1 stick butter, sliced
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the frozen corn to the slow cooker and top with the cream cheese and butter.
  • Add the half and half, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until the corn is hot and the cream cheese and butter have melted.
  • Stir well until everything is creamy and combined.
  • Top with chopped parsley before serving.
