Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichokes, chopped
  • 1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Start by chopping the artichokes into small pieces.
  • Cut the cream cheese into eight cubes—this helps it melt evenly.
  • In your slow cooker, add the cream cheese, chopped artichokes, sour cream, mozzarella, and all the seasonings.
  • Finally, top it off with the fresh spinach.
  • Set your slow cooker to low and let it do its thing for 2 hours. Remember to give it a stir after the first hour to help the spinach mix in!
