Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Make sure the edges hang over for easy removal later. This will save you from sticky cleanup!
In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the butter, white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Stir everything well and heat for another 30 seconds if needed. The mixture should be smooth and glossy.
Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into your prepared pan. Spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle half of the chopped Snickers over this layer. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top, spreading it gently to cover the candy. Finally, sprinkle the rest of the Snickers pieces on top for that ultimate candy crunch.
Set the pan aside to harden at room temperature for 4 hours. If you’re in a hurry pop it in the fridge and chill for about 2.5 hours.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut it into 24 bite-sized pieces. Now, grab a piece and savor the creamy, nutty, chocolatey goodness. Trust us, one piece won’t be enough!
