Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips (for dipping)
  • Pretzel rod minis (for arms)
  • Assorted sprinkles (for eyes, nose, and smile)
  • Candy scarves
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients on the box)
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting

Instructions

  • Let us first prepare the snowman. Start by rolling the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough into 2-inch balls. Pop those dough balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes; this makes them easier to dip later.
  • While the dough is chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Do this in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until it’s all smooth and creamy.
  • Stack one ball on top of another to create your snowman shape, using a toothpick to secure them together. Once your dough balls are nice and firm, dip them into the melted white chocolate for an even coating.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, decorate with sprinkles for eyes, nose, and mouth, stick pretzel rod minis for arms, and add a candy scarf around the “neck.” Place your adorable snowmen on a tray and refrigerate to set.
  • Now let's bake the brownies. Preheat your oven and prepare the brownies according to the package instructions. Once baked, let them cool completely before cutting them into squares.
  • Spread a generous layer of vanilla frosting on top of each brownie square. Then, carefully place a snowman truffle on top of each frosted brownie, securing them in place with a toothpick.
