Ingredients

  • 5 candy bars (choose your favorite: wafer bars, nutty chocolate, etc.)
  • 1 marshmallow
  • Sugar eyes
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate
  • Yellow and red food coloring

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your marshmallows into discs using a knife or scissors.
  • Unwrap the candy bars and place them on a flat surface like a cutting board.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Add yellow food coloring and, using a pastry syringe, draw the turkey’s beak. Add two drops of chocolate where the eyes will go, and "glue" the marshmallow discs or sugar eyes in place. Add a drop of chocolate on each marshmallow to form the pupils.
  • Mix red food coloring into the remaining yellow chocolate and use it to draw the turkey’s comb and wattle.
  • Place the bars in the fridge for an hour to set. Once they’re ready, they’re good to go!
