Start by cutting your marshmallows into discs using a knife or scissors.
Unwrap the candy bars and place them on a flat surface like a cutting board.
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Add yellow food coloring and, using a pastry syringe, draw the turkey’s beak. Add two drops of chocolate where the eyes will go, and "glue" the marshmallow discs or sugar eyes in place. Add a drop of chocolate on each marshmallow to form the pupils.
Mix red food coloring into the remaining yellow chocolate and use it to draw the turkey’s comb and wattle.
Place the bars in the fridge for an hour to set. Once they’re ready, they’re good to go!
