Ingredients

  • Strawberries, cut in half
  • 1 red apple
  • White chocolate melts
  • Milk/dark chocolate melts
  • Pretzels
  • Shortbread cookies
  • Grapes
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Lemon juice (for apple slices)

Instructions

  • Melt your white and milk/dark chocolate according to the package directions. Dip those pretzels in chocolate until they’re fully coated and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pop them in the freezer for about 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  • Slice your apple thinly, avoiding the core, and grab a heart-shaped cookie cutter (or freestyle it if you’re feeling artistic). Gently punch out heart shapes, then sprinkle a bit of lemon juice over them to keep them looking fresh and bright.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with icing sugar until smooth and velvety. Slowly add the heavy whipping cream while continuing to mix until you achieve a fluffy consistency. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with an open star tip for a decorative flair.
  • On a charcuterie board (or any large serving platter), use a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture to outline a heart shape. This will act as your “blueprint.” Fill it in with piped rosettes and stars for a gorgeous frosting base.
  • Now comes the fun part: arranging your goodies! Start with your cream cheese heart as the centerpiece and surround it with shortbread cookies, halved strawberries, chocolate-covered pretzels, apples, and grapes.
