Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • About 10 ounces of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • Ranch dressing, or your favorite veggie dip

Instructions

  • Grab your red bell pepper and cut out a bow shape. This will be your wreath's adorable centerpiece! Then, take the yellow bell pepper, trim the outsides, and use your mini star cookie cutter to punch out a few stars. These little stars will give your veggie wreath a festive, starry touch!
  • Now it’s time to build the actual wreath! Take a large, round serving tray and start by laying down two rows of cucumber slices around the outside edge of the tray. The cucumbers are the “evergreen” base of your wreath!
Place a bowl of ranch or your favorite dip in the center of the tray. It’s not only the perfect dip but also adds a nice balance to your veggie wreath.
  • Now, let’s add some texture and color. Fill in the empty space between the cucumbers and the dip with broccoli florets. Not only does the broccoli give the wreath a festive green, but it’s also crunchy and satisfying!
  • Next, sprinkle some cherry tomatoes around the wreath to mimic berries. Save a few tomatoes for extra serving later, but these bright red bites will make the wreath look even more holiday-ready.
  • For the finishing touch, place the red bell pepper “bow” at the top (or bottom!) of your wreath, and scatter the yellow pepper stars around for decoration. It’s like dressing up your wreath, but with delicious, fresh veggies!
