Leftover Turkey Sliders with Cranberry and Gouda Cheese
These Cranberry Turkey Sliders are a quick and tasty way to use up leftover holiday turkey. Made with soft Hawaiian rolls, melted Gouda cheese, and sweet cranberry sauce. Ideal for parties, family dinners, or holiday gatherings.
Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13” baking dish.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom layer into the dish.
Spread mayonnaise evenly over the rolls, then layer on the turkey, Gouda cheese slices, and cranberry sauce.
Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped rosemary. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 8–10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving warm.
