Meatball Marinara Bites

These Meatball Marinara Bites with Mozzarella are a quick and delicious appetizer, perfect for game day or holiday gatherings. Easy to make and served with toothpicks for effortless snacking.
Meatball Marinara Bites

Ingredients
- 32 oz frozen meatballs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This helps prevent sticking and makes clean-up a breeze.
- Place the frozen meatballs on the baking sheet and bake according to package instructions. For our Great Value meatballs, we baked them for 15 minutes. Easy-peasy!
- While the meatballs bake, grab your cutting board and chop up the fresh parsley. This will be the finishing touch that adds a pop of color and fresh flavor.
- Once the meatballs are out of the oven, switch your oven to broil. Spoon a little marinara sauce over each meatball. You want just enough to coat the top without drowning them in sauce—balance is key!
- Now for the best part: the mozzarella! Sprinkle the freshly shredded cheese over the marinara-coated meatballs. Don’t be shy here—cheese makes everything better.
- Pop the meatballs back into the oven, this time under the broiler, for about 2 minutes. Keep a close eye on them; you’re aiming for bubbly, golden-brown cheese, not burnt cheese!
- Once the cheese is perfectly melted, take the meatballs out of the oven and top them with your freshly chopped parsley. The green parsley adds a nice contrast to the rich, cheesy bites.
- For easy serving, insert a toothpick into each meatball. These little toothpick handles make them a breeze to grab during the party!

Cheesy Texas Trash Dip in a Skillet

This Iron Skillet Texas Trash Dip is a warm, cheesy Tex-Mex favorite, loaded with refried beans, cream cheese, green chiles, and topped with melted cheese, fresh tomatoes, and green onions.
Iron Skillet Texas Trash Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 oz can refried beans
- 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 1 oz packet taco seasoning
- 3 cups Mexican or Fiesta cheese blend, shredded (divided)
- ⅓ cup green onions (diced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. While it’s heating up, get your veggies ready. Chop up the cherry tomatoes into quarters and dice those green onions—these will be your fresh, colorful toppings once the dip is baked to perfection.
- In a large bowl, mix together your softened cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, green chiles, taco seasoning, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. This mixture is where all that creamy, flavorful goodness comes together.
- Once everything is mixed, spread the dip mixture evenly into a 10 or 12-inch cast iron skillet. If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, no worries—you can use an oven-safe dish, but the skillet does help get that delicious, slightly crispy edge.
- Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese generously over the top. This is what’s going to give you that melty, bubbly layer of cheese when it comes out of the oven!
- Transfer your skillet to the oven and let it bake for about 25 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the cheese on top is melted and golden, and the dip is bubbling around the edges.
- Once it’s out of the oven, it’s time to add the final touches! Top your dip with the diced green onions and quartered cherry tomatoes. These fresh veggies balance out the richness of the dip and add a little crunch and brightness.
- Now, all that’s left to do is dig in! Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or even fresh veggies like celery or bell peppers for dipping. Be warned: this dip will disappear fast!

Thanksgiving Turkey Charcuterie Board

This Thanksgiving Turkey Charcuterie Board is a cute and tasty fall appetizer idea to make this season. Made with a mix of salami, pepperoni, ham, cheeses, fruit, and crackers, it’s arranged to look just like a little turkey.
Thanksgiving Turkey Charcuterie Board

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces of salami
- 2 ounces of pepperoni salami
- 4 slices of round ham
- 4 slices of gouda cheese
- 3 slices of Eden cheese
- 10 mini mozzarella balls
- 1/2 pear
- 2 figs
- 1 red bell pepper
- 16 crackers
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 2 almonds
- 2 sugar eyes (for a bit of fun!)
- Basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- First, slice your cheeses. For a festive touch, use a cookie cutter to cut the gouda into fall leaves. Cut the Eden cheese into triangles, roll them up, and place them strategically on the board.
- Rinse your red bell pepper, remove the seeds, and slice it into strips. These will add a bright pop of color to your board.
- On a large round plate, place half a pear in the center—this is your turkey’s body. Add sugar eyes and a small cheese beak to bring it to life. Use almonds for the turkey’s feet.
- Arrange your salami and pepperoni slices in a fan shape around the pear. Layer in the cheese leaves between the meats for a burst of fall color. Place grapes and mini mozzarella balls around the meats, alternating them to create a lovely pattern.
- Slice your figs into quarters and add them to the board. Place your folded ham, cheese rolls, and bell pepper strips symmetrically around the turkey. Fill in any gaps with crackers, grapes, and extra mozzarella balls.
